There’s no google doc that I can give you in place of deep change work but if you’re willing to be open, after a time, our transformational somatic leadership and relationship coaching container and/or house therapy experience will feel like the to-do list that gets the results you’ve been searching for your whole life.

Private 1:1 sessions, house therapy coaching, programs, groups, and retreats create the opportunity to deal with family, soul, and systemic patterns, as well as repeated relational patterns.

It allows you to work out the dynamic you had with your mother/father/primary caregiver and sisterhood wounds beyond your 1:1 therapy because in a group you receive mirroring and support around the complexities of family/group/community dynamics. 

This is where most of your fear and hurt can live and, as a result, hold you back from giving and receiving healthy love, connection, belonging, thriving, and boundaries. 

Many clients have tried talk therapy, mindset work, CBT, and traditional coaching without significant results in the area where they’re most frustrated.

They leave those transactions feeling like they have just listened to themselves talk for an hour, disconnected from their bodies and True Selves, and/or unclear about how to move forward in a clear way (let alone with energy and aliveness).

In my process, you’re invited into work that supports you to make contact with all of you, not just your thoughts or words. I bring my 20 + years of expertise as a licensed psychotherapist, somatic expert, NLP mindset coach, intuitive, and holistic guide. In these sessions, there’s an immense capacity for healing, growth, transformation, and transmutation.

Much of our deepest longings have a felt sense of physicality to them beyond words. 

Similarly, some of our deepest hurt or the stories that we tell ourselves or the fears that these stories are TRUE also live in a place in us beyond words and often have epigenetic roots. 

We may talk in this work, but we are communicating with the physical body, organs, cells, DNA, energy body, psyche, and soul, not just the ego alone.

I believe in you and don’t believe that anyone is broken or terminally unique.

When we seek radical aliveness, transformation, and conscious leadership and relationships, it is important to notice that healing is one aspect of the process. 

In wisdom traditions and cultures, it is the role of the wise woman, the sage, the healer, the witch, and the alchemist to support the healing process.  We can't heal in a vacuum. 

During your transformation process, my role is one of the coach. I am a witness, guide, and mirror for you in this space.  You are a self-led person who chooses this path of evolution beyond your wildest dreams.

Asking for help with relationships means you are leading yourself to the next step on your path. 

There is no one-size fits all approach that will integrate your healing and evolution through the messy middle en route to your aliveness and transformation.

In these contexts and in the context of being witnessed by others, it’s here that you will begin to build the capacity for the feelings you’re carrying and shift the vibration of your aliveness to meet life itself!

This work is for women, who are fully ready to invest in high-level, private transformation. I do not offer therapy or insurance-based services.

I have extensive training graduate and post-graduate training and mentorship, and this work is not just about the tools or practices. Sometimes, there can be a misunderstanding that the tools themselves or the modalities are what create transformation. It is also about my unique gifts and essence, how I attune to each client and your systemic field. What happens in this work is alive, dynamic, and deeply personalized, shaped by both my experience and the way work together.

My 90 minute session costs $997, and my monthly packages start at $1575 per month.

My guess is that when the going gets tough you quit (perhaps out of high reactivity) or want to leave because you don’t want to move past the next step. This is a survival pattern you employ.

It’s uncomfortable and you walk away, burn it down, shut down, judge, tell white lies, or people please. 

Instead, I invite you to come in with the mindset that you’ll keep going even in the discomfort.

I have learned in working with thousands of clients in making profound change in their lives that the biggest somatic breakthroughs occur when you keep going even when you feel the overwhelming urge to quit.

For those only interested in psychotherapy,I stopped taking new psychotherapy clients in 2021 and closed my psychotherapy practice early in 2022 because my soul and internal guidance system pointed towards helping more people with a social impact model.  I was guided to work with people who want to use their being-ness, gifts, and privilege to create impact and ripple effects for the Collective.

I offer 1:1 coaching to adults of all genders, including those that identify as trans, non-binary and/or male. I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults who are navigating the complexity of their gender, familial, interpersonal, professional, social, and sexual identities.
